Latitude Adjustment 300 VDL

Property was close to beach and came with plenty of chairs/other beach stuff for guests to use. It was about a 3 minute walk to get to the beach. It is just houses so the beach was not crowded at all. Property was clean, and check-in/check-out was seamless.

This house is so very comfortable, clean, and enjoyable. The views of the sound and gulf from the third floor are amazing!

Three generations of our family enjoyed this beach house. Everything was as advertised and Noelle at the office was such a pleasure to work with. She made everything perfect from a reservation standpoint. The layout was perfect and the house is truly well built...even 6 kids under 7 having lots of fun did not wake us up. The only drawback was the street noise but I had read this is previous reviews so I was prepared for it. The walk to the beach was only 0.10 miles and it was like never very crowded. We love Pensacola and will definitely be back!

House was perfect for my family of 10! Close to the beach and attractions. One family member forgot his Nintendo switch and the owner is sending it to us. Will recommend this place to other family and friends.

One of the best we've stayed in. Great location. Close to beach. Lots of room for 10 adults. Had all the kitchen stuff we needed. And the check in and check was a really nice, fun experience. Can you tell we had a great time?

We rented this house so my daughter's bridesmaids would have a place to stay for her wedding weekend. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. The house so very clean and the furnishings were beautiful. We would stay here again!

Needed a place to stay for a get together with some old high school friends. The home fit our needs perfectly. Lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. A 2-3 minute walk to the fantastic beach is the icing on the cake.

The house was absolutely perfect. Large but inviting. Close to both the beach and the shops just down VDL. If you need a large beach house to hang out in for any amount of time, look into this one!

Rented this beautiful home to be near the Pensacola Beach Mardi Gras experience. The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean and comfortable for our group of 12. Walking distance to the parade and wide open spaces for game playing and watching TV. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only change I would ever make would be to install an elevator but I understand this is not an option for all houses on the beach.

Such a beautiful home. Walking distance of the beautiful beach and even shopping. More than enough room for our big family. The house was very clean and over stocked for all of our needs.
I would highly recommend using this vacation rental company. We will on our next vacation.

Beautiful and clean home within a short walking distance to the beach. Large kitchen and pantry. Plenty of room for our large family gathering. Restaurants within a mile - easy drive. Lots of parking. Bottom floor room is more of a playroom - kid hang out area - no bathroom so made it hard to use as a bedroom.

Our family truly enjoyed the Pensacola vacation . The house was very spacious and up to date on all appliances. We have some Ac issues but the prompt service was greatly appreciated.

We have rented this house for two years. It is very fitting for our family. We have not had any problems with the house. We will probably try to rent it again.

We had several family members in town for graduation celebration and the home fit us perfectly. In addition Jackie at the rental office was awesome to deal with and location was perfectly positioned on the Island!

The house was as described. It was clean, nicely decorated and well kept. The rooms were all comfy and inviting. The beach was a short block away and the shops and restaurants were a few blocks away both an easy walk. The only draw back was, the main road that it was located on can get quite noisy.

My husband and I brought our 5 kids with their families here for my brothers wedding, the house was great for our big family. The beach toys that were provided came in handy and everyone had a wonderful time. Location was excellent with a short walk to a wonderful part of the beach.

Everything was perfect. Great location within short walk to gulf access, wonderful views, very clean and accommodating for our party of 10 with beds to spare. 2nd fridge was a nice addition as we were originally concerned with having enough fridge space. Plenty of parking. We will definitely stay again. Thank you

Wonderful location, accommodations were exactly as advertised and provided wonderfully for our group. We went at a very cold time of year so the house was all the more important and it did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and we look forward to using this property again in the future.

Perfect house for our 4 couples group. Very clean and great location near the beach and only a couple miles from restaurants!

We have 12 family members that stayed at LA 300. The dining/den was very large and served as a great gathering place. Plenty of places to sleep. Would recommend as-is! For a house this large, a second fridge would be a great add!

Upon arrival the house was so clean and inviting! The decor was amazing and each room was so cute and cozy! The outside area was great and the grill came in handy! The walk to the beach was short both to the bay and the gulf! Kitchen had everything we need and more! Laundry facilities were top notch and all in all we didn't have one complaint! We will be booking this house for our future family vacations!!!

We had the best time at this house. Close enough to walk to the beach and nearby shops. Will be looking to rent this place again next summer.

We celebrated my 50th in Pensacola. This house was fantastic! Clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything. We travel heavy with kitchen items to always have food ready and this house was equipped with everything we needed. We definitely would book this place again with my large family. It has a little something for everyone. The views from the porches were beautiful. One thing I loved about this house is the extra towels in each of the bathroom, and the washer and dryer to handle the laundry. This is important factor for my family. The drive to downtown was maybe 15 minutes and the views from the bridges is worth it all!

Awesome location and facility. Thirteen of us spent four nights. Well laid out and everything imaginable available. Near beaches and restaurants. Would gladly spend another vacation at this location.

Lots of room for 12, close walk to beach, walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. Property management company was wonderful! Sent us pics of kitchen amenities for dinner planning! Highly recommend!!

My family stayed here for a long weekend while we were in town for my daughter's wedding. The house is in a great location...just steps from the beach and close to everything! The house was very spacious and had great views from every balcony. We had a problem with one of the tv's so we called the office and they were there within 10 minutes to fix it. Great staff! Very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Great house within 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Via DeLuna is a bit noisy but everything else trumps the noise.

We take an annual family beach trip and this was our first time on Pensacola Beach. The house was great for our needs and the beach was beautiful!

We had three couples and four kids, and the house was more than enough space. Great location right between the Gulf and intercoastal water, and close to a playground.

The property was identical to the photos and description. We had a lot of space to accommodate everyone. I would definitely rent again.

Was a great stay and loved the spacious areas of the house.

The property was clean and very nicely decorated. There were lots of utensils and cooking tools in the kitchen and plenty of linens along with many other small touches. We had a large group of 17 and there was plenty of room. Make sure to bring paper products- especially toilet paper and paper towels. Close to the beach and plenty of parking. The downstairs room is very separated from the rest of the living space and is heated/cooled by a portable unit. There is no bathroom on that bottom level. Overall, this is a very nice home with everything you will need for a beach vacation.

Loved staying at the Latitude Adjustment! Easy access to main road, clean, decor was fabulous. Spacious and accommodating and look forward to another trip and stay! Hannah was great in helping us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. There were ten of us in all, including four couples, and we never felt crowded. House is well maintained and a very short walk to the beach.

The home was very nice and the group that we were with were very comfortable! Enjoyed the close walk to the beach and serene feel hearing the waves while sitting on the balcony.
