Everything was amazing. Will be booking kids enjoyed the rental and the beach.

The place was nice and clean. The area was good and close to the main area of Pensacola beach, so it was convenient. A short walk to a nice beach that had just enough beach goers but not so much that it becomes overcrowded.

It would have been nice if the place had some cooking needs like sugar, salt, cooking oil, but not a big deal.

We had the unfortunate experience of renting at the same time a family w/ two small kids and one big dog had the rental above us. Those kids wake up at around 6:30 as you can hear footsteps running around.

No complaints. Charming apartment. We would prefer a place with an elevator for seniors. The service was very good.

2. The vacation rental was situated in an absolutely perfect location. It provided easy access to all the attractions and activities we had planned, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area. Whether we wanted to hit the beach, explore local shops and restaurants, or simply enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, everything was just a stone's throw away.

3. Cleanliness and maintenance are always top priorities for us when selecting accommodations, and we were thoroughly impressed with the condition of the home. It was spotless upon arrival, and it was evident that the property was well-maintained and cared for. Every detail was attended to, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us and our fellow travelers.

4. The vacation rental management staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. From the moment we made our reservation to the day we checked out, they were attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Whether we had questions about the property, needed recommendations for local attractions, or required assistance with anything else, they were always there to assist us with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. Their exceptional service made our experience even more memorable, and we're grateful for their efforts.

Everything was very well organized. Property is full equiped, although some stuff were dirty and dusty, especially stove and oven and blender. Coffemaker didn't work properly, we spent about a 1l of bottled water to understand it's leaking. But the staff was great and change it for new one in half an hour! In whole, It was a nice, comfortable and relaxed stay, inspite of trip with 18mnth yo toddler.

Outstanding location and property! Highly recommend staying here! The villa was spacious with all the amenities you would ever need. Very well done here and will absolutely be staying with them again!

My family and I stayed at Sunshine Daydream condo. It was lovely! The decor is super cute and condo is very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We liked watching the ducks in the lagoon and listening to the frogs at night. We will definitely return!

So many great things to love about this condo! Besides the amazingly clear gulf coast a very short walk away, this is what else we loved about the condo:
- comfy beds and couches
- kitchen was stocked well with utensils and dishes
- greater water pressure in shower
- excellent wifi and smart TVs
- good sized deck with nice chairs
- great ice maker
- cold a/c
- lots of hooks to hang wet clothes and towels
- good closet space
We wish the pool was a little bigger, that there was a covered parking space for this unit, and that the laundry was in the same building. But these things are no big deal to us and we had a great week at the beach!
We ate out every night and our favorites were Shaggys and The Fish House. Catch a Blue Wahoo game if you're a baseball fan. We tried fishing in the pond but didn't have much luck. Kid still had fun. :)

Great location, nice decor, comfy beds. 5 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This little condo was perfect for my family this week. It had everything we needed and was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation rental! Property managers were very accommodating with our date changes due to covid. Very clean and nice place to stay.

Nicely decorated and very clean. No complaints, short walk to the beach, 1 short flight of stairs. Super!
